Nemesis is really big as you can see from the first scan. Tunguska event is minimum 3 megaton, maximum 30 megaton (according to a 2019 paper). If you're including non-movie feats, Megatron scales to Shockwave who survived the Tunguska event point blank by straight up causing it by crashlanding on Earth.
